I am presently working for the civil firm and they started my GC process and almost close to filing perm but work in office is very less not expecting future projects and worried when I will here bad news.

 

I am planning to change the job since it is a good time.

 

my question is: If I change job that might at least take couple of months, appadilopu max ikkade Perm application aipothadi. Can I start new GC with new employer. ala chesthe idi cancel cheyinchala under processing lo unnapudu.

 

I am looking in both IT and Non-IT jobs.

Once you are non-it then better try non-it for H1 transfer otherwise there is a chance of query for h1 transfers while moving to IT jobs from NON-IT or vice versa

Once resign chesaka its company wish, oka vela perm file chesina ey company through malli 140 adi file chesi approve ayyaka 6months undali then change avthe nee priority date use avthadi so better transfer and start the process again immediately, ledu ante inko 1yr agaali

Its upto your old employer. you dont need to tell them anything.
