Q. I have approved H one - 14zero. client is not happy with my prime v. He cancelled his contract and asked him to move out before 1st quarter,16. My manager is asking me to join ft, but clinet wont file my lbR and 140.

Here is a problem- wife is on h4ead. My current h1 and h4ead expires next year.

em chnages man?  akkada em changes levu lavada lodi ah draft lo, i140 transfer kadu new employer ki but old i140 will be useful for  extending the visa incase old employer revoke, idi 6 yrs h1 ayipoyi employer gadu i140 revoke chesthe appudu kotha employer ki vellinavallaku h1 extension ki use avutundi but malli as it is ga perm i140 kotha employer tho cheyinchalsinde, PD retain avutadi anthe. 

 

okavela kotha employer GC first 2 yrs lo kooda start cheyakapothe malli h1 extension ki patha i140 use avutundo ledo multiple times,not sure mari as per ee kotha rule. multiple time h1 extension ki patha i140 use ayithe after changing to new employer then it's better.
