stamping avvaledu. H1 valid from 2014 to 2017 Oct. 

 

but urgent ga India veyllalsina avasaram undi... for 3 wks. 

 

ela handle cheyyachu situation ni ... pls help pcheyyandi

H1 transfer receipt tho you can start working for new employer (already FT job lo join ayithey)..

 

FT job lo already join avvakapothey start date push cheyyi oka 2 or more weeks .. tell them about your travel plan and you have to give 2 weeks notice to your employer after returning.

 

even if your transfer application is approved in between it won't be any problem.

 

i had 2 active i 797 while returning..ATB

current employer is genuine working with his for past 5 yrs. But ippudu project ledu. so end client emi ledu. only desi company vadu letter isthadu. Kotha company offer letter kuda undi kavali ante... I can show that to immi
