He is offering for a decent price but Maintenance/repair gurinchi adgali. Do I need to take ani precautions when renting from private owners mee exp share cheyandi. he said he has insurance on all appliances and if any thing is broke they will have to fix in 24hr's, lease lo manam yena careful ga choosukovalasina points unaya. Owner is a bengali.
