I140 Porting antey, your employer cannot discard your I140 after 180 days of its approval. You may have to start your GC process from the beginning with your new employer and your Priority date will be ported only if your new job profile is similar to old one. New rule valla manaki vachedhi emi ledhu expect Employer cannot cancel your i140 if your approval date passed 180 days which in your case may not be true as well. Also with your new rule nuvvu already 6 years H1 cap vadithey since nee i140 already approve ayyi 180 days aindhi kabatti they will renew your H1 from 1-3 years when you move to your new EMployer... Check with an attorney before you switch!!!
