only problem is, central govt guaranteee ivvaali aa loan ki.

 

I think CBN did a mistake by choosing Amaravati. If it was closer to Chennai, capital would've got big time investments. Eg. SriCity.

 

And there would've been no need to pool lands.

 

Now rather than building a city, its smarter to build small industrial enclaves in the capital region, and let the city build itself slowly over time.

 

I haven't seen the singapore master plan. Does it say anything about zoning?
