After reaching your max out of pocket limits on your health insurance policy you dont have to pay anything. I know this from my personal experience. We only paid the max out of pocket limit even when the bills reached 400k. And if you dont have insurance then all this comes into picture. Even then we can simply say i dont have that money. They will take any assets u hav in US. Worst case file bankruptcy if u want to stay here or or.simply jump to india.

Manamu chala mandi while purchasing car insurance we choose minimum limits.

Why we do that?

To get for less quote or premiums.

Disadvantages?

When accident happens no matter how much hospital bills they cover only limited amounts.

Not only that in this case, the other car driver won't have proper insurance at all.



Please requesting everybody here, instead of buying expensive items better buy good insurance with good coverage limits.
