Candidate Freshly graduated. Just started working for a client 'X '. (Emp->PV->C*T*S-> Client)

C*T*S Mgr FT adigadu..C*T*S vaadu OPT vallani tiskuntada? H1 chesthada? Amidst OPT jeopardy and assuming that the manager doesn't know anything about the candidate, is it okay to take up the offer? Emina issues untaya PV/CTS vallatho?
BG Check previous experience adgithe ela manage cheyochu ? C*T*S vaadi BG check ela untadi asalu?

here is my two cents:

even if taken FT , then when applying h1 they have to apply in master quota na , then appudu university certificates/ transcripts question vaste then they will come to know, then how will that person manage that situation..

 

if i were you , i will stick to employer and deal with him rather than tensions in FT, eppudu hand istaro kuda telidu sometimes..but cts should be ok in doing h1's they did it to my friends in the past , this was long time back

I agree..They will certainly know that candidate has done his/her masters here in US ani..Anduke kada post vesa..

 

Offer tiskune appude cheptham kada ila H1 cheyali ani..Appude vadiki telisi pothadi kada MS OPT candidate ani..H1 varaku kuda wait cheyalsina avsaram ledu kada..It shouldn't be of a big deal at that point of time if HR agrees on doing H1..
