timmy Posted January 7, 2016 Author Report Posted January 7, 2016 The High Court of Hyderabad issued stay orders on collection of Rs 10 from each student as donation towards development of AP capital, Amaravati. The YSRCP Legal Cell Convener Sudhakar Reddy filed a petition in the High Court challenging the AP government's decision. The AP TDP leader Akkineni Ramesh said that the State government has not given a GO seeking donations from students. He said that Director for School Education Usha Rani gave a circular to collect Rs 10 from students.
