The YSRCP Legal Cell Convener Sudhakar Reddy filed a petition in the High Court challenging the AP government's decision. The AP TDP leader Akkineni Ramesh said that the State government has not given a GO seeking donations from students. He said that Director for School Education Usha Rani gave a circular to collect Rs 10 from students.
