Majority of the people these days go to college and earn a degree to tap those numbers and it ain't that easy. I agree that there is a gap but it is justified. A machine operator's job is mechanical and robotic in nature whereas a software engineer ( assuming you are talking about one) needs to think and program/code. 

 

I already said that the market decides your pay, and that it is fair. You should come up with something else to disagree with.

 

I am talking about the nature and ownership of money. Money belongs to everyone, not just to the person who earns it.
