Dude oil crash enduku aindo telsa ? US is making its own supply
China meeda ippudu antha dependency ekkada undi US outsource manufacturing slow ga cut chestunnadu...
Inka IT antava it is already retrogressing...

I dont think US will fall into recession no matter what ... last time recession is because of internal problem (housing bubble)...USA is very much self reliant now

being self reliant has nothing to do with avoiding recession.

Yes, US doesn't need china as much as it used to. But it still needs to feed the majority of its mediocre population. It looks like the same mediocre population wants universal healthcare, free college now.

Although people are discussing how much money US can save by offering this for free, they conveniently forget how much US economy will shrink if these come about.

The govt. will have to resort to considering $100k+ as high earners and tax the hell out of them, to pay monthly salary to much of the population that lost their jobs.

How much better the world will be if US is broken into atleast 5 pieces.

US creates money and keeps increasing the slab.. I dont see any issue there ...To maintain dollar domination, till now it was China that was puppet of US next might be India .. current recession prediction is due to market crashes in other countries not in USA...this is where reliance come into play

US creates money. People think this money goes to the rich, and percolates down to the poor, when the rich spend it. Unfortunately it doesn't. The last banking crash made the banks wary enough to not lend much to anyone. Not even to the companies.

Plenty of companies are cash rich, but suffer from lack of demand. Except the obvious tech giants, who live in their own bubble.

China, Taiwan, Korea and to an extent even Thailand have managed to over build infrastructure that can't justify the current demand.

Taiwan is the worst offender in this, where half of its industrial parks are literally empty. I just bargained a $10/ping a month rental in its premier science park in Hsinchu. It was around 3 times this price 2years back.

But since Taiwan is small, China may be the trigger for the recession.

I agree that US will not be affected much by this. But US has its own recession brewing for a long time. It can't keep up the current expansion of money supply forever.

To an extent, recession will do US a lot of good by throwing out filth its economy. Unless the Fed steps in again to help and makes the next recession much worse than this one.

The only way out of this for US is to tax $100k incomes at 40% federal, cut down the deductions, and offer universal health care, education for free.

ofcourse $500k should be taxed at atleast 50%.

Sanders should win. But he will cause a recession in the US, and make it a better place.
