Ps: I know few admin jobs are tough but most of them what I saw doesn't seem to be tough , just follow the documentation lantivi.

1) training ayyindhi veru first job lo requirement very job responsibility veru... no google thalli since security project..80% google block..iphone  lo meetings and discussions recording ..songs vinattu vini ..intiki vochi tried to understand the conversation/discussion. Issues/errors vosthey image teesukuni initki vochaka google.. research and implement the next day. sleepless but made it in 6months

2) second job ki 5 interviews face to face... 4 same client  and one over skype...all cleared. A job cheppadam aithey cheppa kaani implementation D teerchindhi.. again no support..managed well and was promoted to lead and got business knowledge which was useful at end where I understood how PBM works and how big scandal it is in US.

3) third project which thought me was how a desi team works and same old client different team. Gave me a challenge and opportunity to learn a framework and tweak it for enchancement. 18 hours run ayye oka job ni 6 hours ki teesukocha... compliments boosted me and was given a POC to work alone with minimal requirement documented. Again met the challenge and it became a key report for banking terms to make it calculate a load as it for Life to date. Was instrumental in Cross platform migration and converted to the new tech and the challenges are new and encouraging

 

 

 

P.S  I didnt tell the details to boast and didn't tell all the jobs I have worked for. The intent is to let people understand that coding is not hard.. even I feared coding.. but with just enough concentration and commitment, it also is  everybody's cup of tea
