Story :


Nasser and Chandra Mohan are brothers who are fatefully separated. Anushka plays dual role as Panchakshari and Honey as daughter of Chandra Mohan and Nasser respectively. Panchakshari is born with the blessings of goddess Durga and is worshipped by all in the village. Pradeep Rawat kills panchakshari to attain the treasure buried under the temple and the rest of the story is all about how Honey comes to the village and ends evil.

Performance :


Anushka plays three different roles in the movie -'Panchakshari', 'Honey' and 'Goddess'. She is simply Innocence, beauty and elegance personified as Panchakshari. And is equally tantalizing as Honey. However, Her role as Goddess requires lot more effort in expressions but lookswise she joins the class of KR Vijaya and Ramya krishna. Her dances in the first song of the movie are awesome.
Pradeep Rawat is very good as the villain and rest of the characters are all offered very little and needless to discuss much.
Comedy track of Brahmandham, a scoop of Maghadheera is not so impressive.

Direction :


Samudra entirely disappointed in the movie. He entirely concentrated on how to show Anushka more beautiful and neglected the actual heart of the movie i.e., Story.
Music :
Huge disappointment from Chinna in terms of songs. Did reasonably well in Back ground music part.


Final say :
First half of the movie is very disappointing and second half is bearable. Samudra should have opted to make a photo shoot of Anushka rather than a film. If the movie requires any applause, its all to Anushka alone.He tried to make Arundathi-2 ended up with a disaster as Audience failed to connect with Arundathi even for a single scene. Can be given a miss easily. If you are a fan of Anushka, watch it for her alone.
