Muslims Take Up Bike Rally Against Jr NTR

 

 

In an unprecedented move, some Muslim youths in Hyderabad have taken up a rally against Jr NTR for insulting their sentiments and self-respect. They called for an apology from the star and also demanded certain posters of the film to be taken out.

In Banjara Hills, a group of Muslim boys have taken up bike rallies under the leadership of one Milad Committee belonging to Roda Mistry colony. After organising the rally to raise slogans against Jr NTR, the group went to Censor Office in Masab Tank and submitted a memorandum demanding the removal of those posters and also scenes related to them. If those scenes are not chopped out, the Milad Committee group warned about serious consequences. In another place, a case is registered on these posters at Jeedimetla Police station in Hyderabad.

Actually in a poster featuring Jr NTR and Rakul, which was released the other day, there are few photo frames in the backdrop which has something written in either Arabic or Urdu. That seems to be the issue for these Muslim youth who have taken up the rally. We have to see what Nannaku Prematho producers will say.

Nannaku Prematho is hitting cinemas on January 13th across the world.
