I talk to my teammates (US citizens). They rarely lie in general conversations which is quite an achievement in itself. Us Indians are in a different league is this subject. You are a fresher and you have skills. You are a good fit. There is another person with 8 years of experience and quotes the same. The client would definitely go with more experienced guy. But the problem is these desi consultancies have created those so called 8 year exp. guy who in real would have little to no experience and often rely on ***** interview calls. Since the whole market is infested with those 8 year exp. "professionals", why would anybody hire a fresher? But, despite this, freshers get their jobs. They have to work their a**es up to reach it which is good for themselves since they are truly skilled.
