Actually already $2k fee unde, september lo dhani 5 year tenure ayipoyindi. september lo ah date nundi dec,21 lopu apply chesina petitions ki thakkuva charge padindi. Then from again dec,21 this $4k for next 10 yrs tenure chesaru. So technical ga anthakumundu unna $2k ki inko $2k add chesaru anthe. Extra is $2k
