Here are the fees involved if they are filing for H-1B visa in premium processing. Total Fee: $325 (base) + $500 (fraud fee) + $1500 ( Training Fee)+ 4000 (New fee) + $1225 (Premium Processing) + $1000 (Attorney Fee) = $8550 Scenario 2: Company B is a American Startup company which has less than 25 employees and has less than 50% of H-1B visa people. Here are the fees involved if they are filing for H-1B visa in regular processing. Leonardo_Di_Carpio Posted January 11, 2016 Author Report Posted January 11, 2016 bro .... .... ee fee hike kotha kadhu 2010 lo H1 fees + 2000 rule undee .. adi 2015 lo end ayipoyindi .... now they implement similar rule but this time instead of 2000 they add 4000 for h1s .... so only 2000 extraaa when comparing with previous H1 fees ... first understand this .... mee employer neeku 10000 ani cheputhy namesavaaaa coming to companies ..... ippudu kothagaa start cheyalsina avasaram ledhu ... chala mandi when their employees reaching to 50 .. they start new company ..... adi mana vallu epadi nundoo chesthunaru ..... Maa employer $10000 ante asala nammanu... I calculated by myself... Last year also filed for extension man....
