Kani h4 extension tho paatu chesthe time chaana padtundi. Ma colleague oka aina cheinchindu when rule came, 3 and half months pattindi raniki.

Manam file cheskunna daniki employer file chyadaniki difference untunda? if you do it concurrently first your h4 should be approved for extension. Then you EAD processing will start.. It is pretty much case to case.. i have seen people getting h4+EAD concurrently approved.. as well as delayed for 3-4 months. One of my friends Spouse EAD was delayed for 5+ months..they had filed it concurrently.. The only advantage is you can save filing fees if employer files.. else you can file it by yourselves.. its pretty much easy just need to get the required docs..

Say h4 effective date of may 2015. N file ead also concurrently. Then h4 will be approved in 3 months anuko tarvatha ead kuda approve iyyipothundi. So by may u will have both h4 ead.
