Hi Guys,

 

I want to know what are these Elevated Liver Enzymes in my blood test.My levels just 10-12% above.I have seen several doctors they just give medicine to start of which does not work.Ade mana India lo aithe face chusi matter chepevadu.Any buddy aware of this cure please let me know or suggest me a good doctor.Can we directly get the Endoscopy done without PCP recommendation.

Tell me the numbers you got? AST n ALT?? It seems problem with gallbladder. You need ultrasound abdomen. May be endoscopy is not needed based on your symptoms. elevated liver enzymes with above symptoms....next thing you need is a ultrasound abdomen...to rule out live or gall bladder anomalies/pathology..

do all the other blood and urine tests...like complete blood count....renal function tests...bilirubin levels...lipid profile...etc.

if you are overweight/obese try to loose weight...do workouts regularly..avoid junk/fried/oily food/alcohol/smoking/cokes...

eat more fibre....make sure you are drinking atleast 2L water per day...

if you never had a hepatitis vaccine ...get one..

don't get panic...sometimes it could be a lab error too..or a as simple as  dehydration...

so repeat the tests..& if still high consult a specialist..
