Very big help chesina valu avutaru. 

if you are happy with family and decent money in india.. its better to continue there rather than get stuck with all this cheating stuff.. I have seen people coming single here with lot of experience and facing problems and regretting..They often complain about missing family,kids n all.. you can make money here but job search/tensed life,compromising are not possible at this stage of life....Also India is better place for multitasking.. 9-5 job, after 5 some other business or any other activites.. ATB

i'm already here. this is for my cousin who is trying to get here. career growth is what he is looking for. 10.5 years and mba. he is expecting something better here. contradict cheyandi please. but this was his view and i agree with him.

I would say try other countries also. in parallel  to US

 

1.  Germany

2. Australia

3. UK

4. Canada.

 

 

Try all countries... don't limit only to US..... Stability wise other countries are best..... US I dont have to tell.

 

you can get PR with in span of 0 - 1yrs in above country. UK I am not  sure..

 

Citizenship in 5 yrs...after PR.... Think about it...

As per some situations and I am telling bro.. Let me tell a story of a person.. he was 17 yrs exp guy and he came on h1 visa (through a consultancy) he was making over 1L in india and was having good life.. He came here and started marketing through that company... he was able to get into job pretty quick but the consultancy guy exploited him like anything and paid him 35$/ hr... he was single when he came here(i meant not with family).. He had to share room with some young H1s and his ego could nt allow him to mingle with them...Indian work culture and US work culture differs as you know... He was sent on a project which has high decisions to take (he is a SAP consultant basically)high billing and high profile job. he could not manage family work n staying situations here and was constantly loosing jobs..He had tensions with employer, family,staying here,kids education, jobs all together his health got worsening with high BP and other issues..he was missing his family badly but he was stuck here.. he wanted to make money and go back but not sure where he is now..so I dont think this is the right time to come and experiment. My personel view is by the time we have 10-15 yrs, we should be in a relaxing mode rather than experimenting..

I think experienced people should try other countries........ keeping US option low....

It is easy for them to settle with PR and citizenship in other countries .. rather than... US...

 

you can also get FTE and settle here in US and call your family... but there will be all stamping,,h1b & greencard process they have to go through....
