I think experienced people should try other countries........ keeping US option low....

It is easy for them to settle with PR and citizenship in other countries .. rather than... US...

 

you can also get FTE and settle here in US and call your family... but there will be all stamping,,h1b & greencard process they have to go through....

All very good suggestions. Na 2 friends last year vacharu, same to same story family in India, left 1.2 lakhs/month job. Ikkada vacahka first 1-2 months job leka anxiety, tarvata job lo anxiety because of work culture, no one to ask help for etc.. tarvata family vachaka cost of living, kid school, car driving so many issues.

ivaani set ayvaraku project complete ayindi.. back to 0 malli.. family ni india back pampidamani ankuntunnadu kani kid school issue. kid kuda facing lot of issue unable to adjust here.. Papam anipistundi.. India lo king laga batikevadu anta. every time ade antundu .. alcoholic ayadu tensions tatukoleka...

Anyways good luck.. One positive he said is .. He learned so much in this 1 year compared to his previous 10 years.
