Whole Grain Oats 1 Cup , home made yogurt 1/4rth cup,koncham flax seeds, koncham cumin seeds, green chilis and onions add Cilantro.. mix wel and overnight chesi.. Pancakes la chesko.. with little Avacado oil Spray... Taste super untundi

Thanks for the recipe. Recently I read that if you soak oats and dry nuts fruits and morning grind and eat . This is not only healthy but also it will reduce cigarette craving. I am not smoker anuko
