Feb la potaa vacation Ani cheppina manager ki appudoo oct Lo super Adi Idi plan cheddam annadu. Sudden ga Monna pilichi Nee contract Nuvvu velley roju end chestunna annadu. So this job gone. Ey interview attend ayina vacation anagaany chaal 10gey antunnaru... Edinaaa Job laa koi ayipoyo emergency Ani Cheppi velpovala? Leka india nundi market cheyyala ? Ipudu immigration tuff Undi Kada whcoh is better option antaru? Visaa stamping next year daka Undi so no issues. Pelli postpone cheskovaddu... Jobs try cheyyi, vaste pelli vishayam cheppu. Oppukunte cool, lekunte return vachi choosko. Pelli once in life... mari 2 weeks ante worst ga untundi... full enjoy chesi ra.

Darling999 Posted January 25, 2016 Author Report Posted January 25, 2016 1 option: if possible ask your manager to terminate your contract after your return from pelli( any ways he doesn't have to pay for ur vacation_time). 2 option. or Attend other interviews take job, tell emergency @ back_home for a week or 2, return as soon as possible. 3 option: or attend interviews tell them you will join after return from marriage or( tell them you need 4 weeks notice to join without telling abt vacation). there are some good clients/managers who agree for a month time to join project. 4 option: even if leaved to pelli without job offer, do marketing and attend interviews from India (chuttalu andhariki ke chepaku job ledhu ani). return once you have Job offer/PO ready with client so you will be safe.
