This may be helpful for this year h1 applying people 1) if ur h1b is denied before sep 30 , u have 60 day grace period to leave states 2) If ur h1b is denied before nov 30 and after Sep 30 , u have grace period till nov 30 3) If ur h1b is denied after nov 30 , you wont be having any grace period and you are out of status from the day of denial

H4 cos vedam anukunnam kaani that should be filed before denial andhi . I booked flight for my wife on Feb 3rd , she gonna have out of status for 25 days . It should not be a problem just mention in DS 160 that as soon as u got notice in mail , you booked the flight
