I have work exp in India and my previous company still take me in worst case ... in fact they give offer in USA also but I didn't like it .... again I am saying bhayaa , I will get job in Hyderabad only ..... But if you are a founder, you won't get that too.

Make sure he's not just an asshole, but an intelligent asshole. VCs won't take over the company. They have no interest in the company, when it doesn't meet their expectations, and will sell it short at the first opportunity. They will run away with the money. The company will cease to exist.

Or forget about VCs, and start building your own little company, and focus on cash flow - this is incredibly hard in an internet startup these days.

Just because China's economy is slowing materially, doesn't mean India will experience exactly the same decline. India lack of energy resources: It was able to save money on oil imports, improve its current account deficit, and amass $330 billion in FX reserves. Parliamentary Progress is the way, the national VAT would harmonize India under one system. If India's economy performs well, it's a blue chip that will benefit. So ....now u make your own judgement.
