M Babu - High On Publicity, Low On Delivery

Hyderabad: In recent times, two folks from the movie industry have adopted villages: Mahesh Babu and Prakash Raj.

In an exuberant mood following the success of ‘Srimanthudu’, Mahesh Babu announced on September 28 last year that he was adopting Siddhapuram village of Kottur Mandal in Mahbubnagar district.

Actor Prakash Raj also adopted Kondareddypalli in Keshampet in the same district under the auspices of ‘Prakash Raj Foundation’.

While development works have already been initiated in this village, to date there has been no development or communication regarding Mahesh Babu’s village.

While the former although low on publicity has started to deliver, the latter venture to date remains ‘all glitter no glow’.
