India Passport Renewal In Chicago - Photgraphs Count

Did any of you recently applied for India Passport renewal in Chicago Consulate? I would like to know number of Photographs we need to send?

In the check list I see 3 photos need to be pasted on nationality verification form. And then in another place I see a wording about 4 photographs.

So I was puzzled about whether I need to get 7 photographs or 4 photographs. I am planning to get 8 and send them to be on safer side.

But thought of taking experts advice once.
