Best possible solution is to bring the flight to a lower altitude and then escape using parachutes which is not an option while in explosive decompression or hull breach. If it is not a cockpit fire they should get exit mechanism like military jets. Military jets are different. Pilots wear oxygen masks in their suits. They won't expose their body at all. Also, they get specialized training for jets. They endure multiple G's while in training (watch some videos how ppl fare that). Commercial flights are not like that.
