Driving Ticket...pls Help Guys...

Bhayyas,

 

Naku 15 days kinda Police gadu 3 tickets vesadu...nenu ma apt nunchi friend deggariki velthunna..a time lo nenu konchem fast ga vellanu...25 speed limit lo 45 poyina. I was going and also police gadu lights vesadu on my car. but I didnt realized..vadu naku vesadani.. .next street lo vadu nannu pattukoni pull chesadu.....

 

I got total 2 tickets... Court hearing thursday morning undhi... Lawyer dwara vellana ..leda mana defend chesukunte better ah...

 

1) careless driving..85$ fine.. diniki naku 2 points padtayi...

 

2) Wireless phone using while driving..diniki fine padthadhi..points em undavu anukunta...

 

Should I go with lawyer, or should i defend myself...

 

this is my first Offense,,,Please guide me ..em cheppali judge tho so that he can convince and remove the points ...

 

 

experts unte cheppandi...... (.L@   Lawyer gademo 300-400$ fees antunnadu...then court feess ..nijam ga lawyer tho vellala...leka defend chesukovacha....pls suggest me...

inkoti undhi ...Adhi license plates not placed properly..okati petta as per nj rendu pettalata...but now its fixed...

General gaa.. 1) careless driving..85$ fine.. diniki naku 2 points padtayi...

in the court (before seeing the judge) they will ask, if you want points or no points. If you say no points, the court will charge around 400+ and you have to say you are guilty. If you say no points, then the charge will be 85 but you will get points, which you can do right away without going to court.

 

again, it all depends on state

katteseyi man.. if its your first ticket DMV emi patinchukodu and even insurance people dont pull your history often as it costs them

 

insurance change ayithe thappa or every 6 months ki max..  they will pull your records

85$ padindhi..no points ante penalty vestadu kada...400$ vesthada..i heard extra 60-70$ kada...guilty ani cheptha anyways..for Phone on drive am using wireless maps and am not talking on the phone and am talking on my car bluetooth and looking the maps on my phone when i caught to police...
