Indian work culture: Nenu india lo nearly 5 years job chesanu. morning 9 ki vellali office ki punctual ga (which is good) but intiki velle time matram unknown okaroju 5 avvachu, inkoka roju 9 ala oka standard 9-5 job la undede kaadu. Inka morning work ki vachaka okate ruddudu vayya. asala chakali vallu banda meeda vesi battalni utikinattu utikiparestharu janalni. 

 

Inka hierarchy vishayaniki vashtye employees tho baaga distance maintain chestharu .... okavela issue vachi kalavalante kooda mundu appointment antaru.....

neenu India lo chala kastaa padda ... morning 8:15 kalla office lo undevadini ... eppudina miss ayithy maa manager nundi call vochedi 8:45 kalla , are you coming to office ani ... team chala chinnadi but work matram adiri poyedhi ... epudinaaa evening 6:30 ki intiki velthy half-day leave aa ani aduguthundeee :(  ....  daily 9:30 - 10 minimum untundee office lo ..... Deepavali , dussara , sankranthi kuda work chesthundee..... lunch time ayithy just 30-40 min anthy 

 

Inka USA ki vochaka goram ayipoyindi life ... eppudu tensions and on-calls. Almost every weekend edo oka issue ani call vosthadi ....

lunch chedam ani bayatiki vellinaaa .... issue vochindi ani call raganee intiki parugethukuntu vochesthaaa..... no outing no njoyment... malli eee visa lu , status issues okati ....work ayithy chinigi pothundi :(
