Hi guys,

 

Nenu XXX client daggira Developer job(Contract) chestunna. Na current status OPT. Nenu EdgeIt ane oka consultancy join ayya, Oka 3 months job rala.  ATR company tharupuna oka vendor position ipinchindi. 

 

Clause-PAYROLL on ATR ani chepindhi(But atr wont file H1). 

 

Ma employer tho naku manchi relationship undi so vadu naku H1b file chesta annadu nuvvu valla payroll kindaki vellu ani cheppadu. October lopu malli ninnu back to Edgit thesukuni vasta annadu.

 

Konni doubts unnayi

 

1)Payroll ATR run cheste EdgeIT H1 file cheyocha?

2)Asalu mavadu Employer-employee relationship yela prove chestadu.

1. H1 is future employment starting oct 1 . So pratutham evar kinda naina panicheyochu but ur employer needs pay stubs to show u r employed .

2.he may file as in house . Oka vela same client ki file chesta ante , he shud file like from oct 1 he will work under us ani but daaniki nee kotha employer vendor letters evvali

3.file h1 with new employer and once its approved u can do h1 transfr .. Vaadu h1 cheyya ante its not worth to join kada

1. Naku ippudu vacche paystubs ATR kinda unnayi. Avi chupisthe chala nenu employed ani prove cheydaniki. 

 

2.Vendor letter yenti?.
