Luke Posted January 25, 2016 Report Posted January 25, 2016 Nannaku Prematho A Big Flop In Many Areas Nannaku Prematho has exceeded expectations in overseas as it is inching towards $2Million mark in US. It is a very good hit in overseas but its business in domestic circuit is below par. There is no significant jump in the business in its second weekend and now it is clear that buyers are going to lose a good chunk of their investment. Nannaku Prematho was bought for Rs. 13.5 crore in Nizam and it has only managed to collect Rs. 9.73 crore in twelve days. It is likely to end below 11 crore in its full run. It is looking at a loss of around 1 crore in Ceded says the trade. Uttarandhra, Krishna and Guntur buyers are likely to lose big as the collections are not at all encouraging. Even Nellore and West Godavari distributors might see significant losses, trade said. It could eventually become the first movie for NTR in the fifty crore club but it is mostly because of its stupendous run in overseas. Local distributors are not happy with the result. Nannaku Prematho is largely affected by blockbuster Soggade Chinni Nayana that never allowed it to pick up in the Telugu states.
