Need some info on lands to buy 165 yards plot 4 1/2 lakhs chepthunnnaru... I'm planning to buy few plots akkada... mainly to invest and to hold some property and later give to my sisters as laanchaanalu.. ippudu chaala mandhi vizag target pettukunnarrru and its surroundings.. no spam please cheppandi is it worth to buy there ?

ATB invidual owners kaaadhu bhayyaa dhaaaniki.... its a venture andhulo oka 3-4 plots theesukundham anukuntunna anthe...so no kabzaa possibility.. already aa venture vaalavi bglore lo oka plot konnanu...few yrs back.. after lots of research.. so same builder vizianagaram daggara annaru.. naaku localites evvaru thelidhuu akkada..mana DB lo unnaremo ani... Yea airport kuda vasthunndhii annaruuu... so adhe thinking...10-15 lakhs investment
