Hyderabad: The Telangana State government on Thursday has decided to extend the date for Building Penalisation Scheme (BPS) and Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) by 30 days.  The last date to submit the LRS and BPS application online now is January 31.

 

The State government released a GO on Thursday pertaining to the extension of receiving LRS and BPS applications online.  However, GHMC officials said they would only receive the applications and the processing would be taken up only after the disposal of pending court case and as per the High Court orders.

andhaaru cheyyalsinaa avsaramu ledhuuu..basically illegal ga lands register cheyyinchukunnavaaalu unte vaaalu eee schme tho regularize chesukondiii ani anthe.... which will end up paying money to govt..appudu its legal..no issues...

 

BRS concept kuda same... building ki 3 floors a permission antaaaru kaaani builder 5 floors kadthaadu... illegal ga... eppudaithe ee govt ila schme open chesthundhooo appudu aaa illegal buildings ni lega chesthaaaru like paying registration fee..hence making them legal and selling for more money...

First aithe Rs10,000 pay cheyali... illegal constructions depending on the place it can be G+1 ( ground + 1st floor) permission untadi from municipality(purapalaka sangham) oka vella G+2 or G+3 buildings already katti unte aa G+2 and G+3 floors ki regularize cheyali... if its already built it is BRS( Building Regularization) if its about to be built in a land its LRS( Land Regularization) I paid 10k as an initial payment and we can have payment plans with them..brokers untaru madyaloo like land evaluate chese valu n all...dont get into that trap...

bank loan kavalante permission needed, own paisal unte no permission.... muncipality ki paisal isthe saal ani aithay... its india bruh, all is possible!!! Kati 10ginru.. epudu govt is making money out of it... i have heard of cases where some appicers were very strict and they even demolished illegal constructions .... but epudu if they start demolishing they have to demolish most of the houses, anduke ila making money....
