• Despite the monstrous snow storm and emergency shut-down of the Washington, D.C., the federal district court judge in Washington, D.C. graciously issued her decision TODAY granting the government motion to finalize the STEM OPT rule by 05/10/2016 and extended the date of vacatur to 05/10/2016. How grateful the STEM OPT community is for the Judge's decision!! With this decision. the STEM OPT stakeholders are relieved from the terrible pains which they have suffered during the past several weeks. This reporter extends the congratulations to the stakeholders. This reporter extends a huge gratitude to the Honorable Senior Judge Ellen Huvelle for the timely decision. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!
