chittibob Posted January 26, 2016 Report Posted January 26, 2016 Na I-140 recent ga approve ayyindi.. so wife ki h4 ead apply cheddam ankuntuna.. but na h1 aug 2016 ki expire avtundi employer tho matladi h1 extension apply cheyali.. ead ki h1 renewal tho application pampiste better aa leda ippudu apply cheste better aa? h1 premium lo apply cheddam ani planning, ead kuda 15 days lo process chestara? pls suggest..

If you think ur wife will start working before august ...then file h4 ead for her...else wait until u file h1b extension and file both together

Attorney filed along with my extension 1. H-4 extension petition: $290 filing fee + $300 attorney’s fee for a sum total of $590 2. H-4 EAD application: $380 filing fee + $300 attorney’s fee for a sum total of $680

I meant ippudu nenu h1b lo unnaa person ...h4 ki convert ayyii malli h4 to h4 EAD approve anni 15 days lo ayyipothaayaa ani...ee DB lo ne evvaro chepparu to convert from h1b to h4 oka 15 days and malli h4 to h ead oka 3 months ani... so just to confirm malli aduguthunnaa ...
