speeding ticket vachindi... 65 speed limit  lo 82 veltunna...cop gadu aapadu, entha speed veltunnav annadu, around 75 anna..speed limit entha annadu 65 annaaa...why annadu...i just changed the line and wanted to move along with traffic in that line..so i raised the speed ani chepa..ok ani lopalaki chusadu...family undi...ekkadaki going annadu,, air port anna...velli ticket techadu...nenu ticket 70 ke ichanu..dont over speed ani chepi ticket ichi velpoyadu..

 

in this situation, can i go to court and argue that i am going at 70 because i changed the line and the traffic in that line was moving bit faster ani cheppochaaa?

 

incase court lo accept cheyakapote fine emana perugutunda or manaki ticket lo vachina fine kattadamena? court ki velli if we loose are there any disadvantages?

 

if we loose and if there are no disadvantages, wanted to go to court and give it a try...

Passing doesn't give you right to speed , passing should also be done within speed limit ,
