for me bi-weekly best...nenu usual ga monthly 2 paychecks laga calculate chesukoni naa expenses ni manage chestha...2 paychecks per month = 24 paychecks, but overall ga 26 paychecks osthai 1 year lo, so 2 paychecks naku extra after all expenses managed.
