Maa oorlo andharaki iccharu man. Maa father ni theesukovoddhu ani kooda cheppa. Govt mottham website lo pettaaru the status of each farmer based on Adhar or ration card. It will say whether the documets submitted, ..loan waived..and etc. Based on that the farmers can take an action and goad the officials. I wouldn't say its the most perfect. But given the systam we have and the financial difficulties..they have been doing better than expected.
