H1B Amendment And H4-Cos

I want to apply H1-H4 COS for my wife, but her h1b amendment is in process from her employer. what will happen if I apply H4-COS in premium along with my h1 extension. Anyone faced or know about this kind of scenario?

h4 cos approve inaka .. she will be in H4 .. trvata amendment approve ithae she will egt h1 status .. if u dont want h1 status withdraw after h4 cos approval

This is what I taugt may goona happen. But ee rule h1b and h4 both proceesing vallaki applicable avuthundhi thats for sure as per last action rule which ever is latest approval.

 

but in this case we are discussing chanced between h1b amendment and h4, i dont know h1b amendement=h1b.

 

I think in next few month lot of people will ask this question as most of the people started applying  h1b amendments from last month.
