dotnetrockz Posted February 1, 2016 Report Posted February 1, 2016 first part should be handled by your employer showing the project details scope of work and financials......if company has sufficient revenue and good number of employess and if your employer is doing any inhouse projects he can show that supporting documents...he shud take care of that second one ...konchem complicated but will be easy if attorney can prove that ur job can be handled by any engineering graduate(As noted in job description) and it some how is relevant to the previous work experience or if u did any cs courses in univ or certfications he can use that....
