Power (Reduced power cuts) is due to completion of connecting the southern power grid with national one and more inflow from there and telangana ki AP nunchi pampe power stopped so helping ..The Grid connectivity got to completion stage in mid-late 2014. So not only all southern states have benefited due to this.

Southern states lo own generation koncham takkuva comparatively,AP lo gas based projects faced shortage of gas in between now that also sorted out a bit by gas companies. All these helped this was mentioned by piyush goyal in LS & Jyothiradithya Scindia had a major job in getting this connectivity finished it got completed by end of UPA-2 tenure and early days of NDA led by modi. This is just fact not criticizing anyone.
