They have a team of 4 people that do all the programming from their headquarters location. Due to recent organizational changes, they are now adding a developer to the staff to help with projects that are not being addressed. In order to work for this ministry you must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be living a life that one could recognize you are a follower of the teachings of Jesus Christ. As part of the interviewing process, the company conducts an interview that is dedicated to understanding your spiritual relationship with Jesus Christ. The next important things is that you have previous experience with programming within the Oracle Peoplesoft HR and/or Financials applications. Other technical skills they require are PL/SQL, SQR...
