bussuboy Posted February 3, 2016 Report Posted February 3, 2016 the doc/PCP suggested mutivitamins for all 30+, due to lack of nutrious food we take, the multivitamin pills almost imp. get yearly physicals done, the blood tests will reveal all the defficienies :)

GNC yes..i workout daily vuncle,atleast a min of 5 mile run chestha daily and side effect em levvu as of now and sex life is all good...!!overdose itae maha itae stomach upset avuthadi,never happend to me tho.. !!
