Better ask them to scan and send. Consult your employer's attorney on what the next options are. Apart from that speak to an immigration attorney on what their inputs would be. Apply for a MTR (Motion to Reconsider) and wait for 45 days. If nothing is moving, switch employer and apply for a new one. There is a lot of risk and time involved when applying with the same employer. Naadi kooda PERM reject ayyindi. MTR file cheste approve ayyindi 15 days lo. But maa employer full transparent gaa handle chesadu. I wish you the very best.

Basically photocopy of the paper ad is not visible anta. Maa HR maintains 3 original copies of the newspaper and she sent the original ones. So lucky ga approve ayindi.
