Your salary should be > or = lca amount. But the problem if you work for different client places is uscis may come to site visit for the location you filed in LCA and if they don't find you it will be problem

It only mentions annual salary. All you have to take care is your salary at end of year is is > or = amount mentioned in LCA.

If so dont do that.. Mee company ki thelisthe nee khel khatham a more over sometimes paaatha company vaaalu someone may report about u to the new company...also it doesnt look madhyalao oka desi employer ni pettukoni deal cheyyii...
