DR.BALI Posted February 11, 2016 Report Posted February 11, 2016 I would say 85% diet but nevertheless I agree with u Well ppl say diff numbers, some 80-20, some 60-40, but gist is diet is much more imp than excercise in controlling weight,but very difficult to follow,unless you have a personal cook( at least for me)
