Very unreliable and known to go back on their promises. Of course no employer can guarantee sticking to 100% of the promises they made to begin with when you join the organization. But CTS is known to be more unreliable than most others. 

 

One of my friends worked with them for 5 years, they initiated his GC processing after staying with them for 5 years. He continued working and eventually his date became current. They however refused to file for the I 485 since that would make him independent of their control and he would have an EAD(job portability). He had to finally quit working with them because of this reason and start his GC processing from scratch with another employer. 

 

If you don't aspire to get a GC or stay in the US on a permanent basis, I guess you could consider this employer. I personally wouldn't however recommend them.

consulting lo y problem?

Although I personally haven't worked directly with any of the Indian vendors/implementation partners I have heard that the full time staff try to indulge in politics, back stabbing, curry favoring with the managers to project themselves in better light than you etc. So even though it's only consulting your job might not be as smooth as it would be with most other employers.
