It was just prediction by murthy. Even they couldn't predict the regression of ead filing date.Dramas do happen!

It was predicted by pretty much all Immig community..Murthy might be the last one to predict it..retrogress was not even predicted by USCIS.. No one likes to get slammed by a LawSuit.. but they got the number horribly wrong..

looking at the way dates are moving only hope is if there is an immigration reform in coming 2 to 3 yrs or making dates current(athya aasha but never know )

usually contract basis meedha hire chestharu anta i read this some where .they contract it to some third party company
